Everything was going on as usual until Thursday. The group lead called for a meeting to discuss our presentation to Grafield and Drey, our supervisors. We discussed the scope of the presentation, what and what not to be included, who is going to be doing the presentation, and also, we decided that we were going to have a pre-presentation meeting by Friday to get prepared and also make corrections if needs be. But that didn’t happen.

However, the main presentation did happen, which was on Saturday. And I must say, we messed up! The comment from Drey said it all. We were very disorganized. The issue wasn’t because we haven’t done a good job, rather, we couldn’t present what we have done properly.

And this made us have a meeting to reflect and address the issue. Everybody said what they had to. We avoided playing the blame game, because we were all accountable. We mapped out the issues and made solutions to them. We have all reflected and I hope this doesn’t happen again moving forward.

As regards the tasks we carried out this week, I will be giving details according to each track below.
